I normally try to post mostly positive reviews however yesterday I made an attempt to get some holiday shopping completed early but there was one older employee at this location who completely ruined my overall great experience with The Body Shop. When I walked into the store there were only a couple of customers and one employee on the floor at that time no big deal so I just looked around at the giftsets. My mom and I were looking for a nail cuticle oil, but it was discontinued. Susan helped us find an alternative that's even better. She turned our disappointment to a great shopping experience. What a great customer service skill. Thanks Susan, from Devonshire mall branch.
Very clean and organized. Products are well labeled and there js a lot of selection. Great service and clerk was very knowledgeable. Support Canadian companies.
