I love Body Shop products. I’ve been using the Ginger Shampoo and Conditioner for hair care, along with the Avocado Body Butter and Vitamin E Moisturizer, for the past few years. I would prefer to reorder these products on Amazon rather than purchasing them at the Devonshire Mall store due to poor customer service. @Store Manager: Please train your staff to show empathy and refrain from using sarcasm (In a subtly Insulting way) when customers have queries. I hope you make a note of this.
There is a delightfully mysterious wizard working here named Seher. She has mastered the mystic arts of customer service and has beguiled our hearts with her powerful sorcery.
