The manager of this establishment is lovely, she helped me out when I was having a bad day.
Every time we visited the shop, the staff were distant and had poker faces and were rude. I appreciate that they didn’t push for sales, but they could at least be nice when we were smiling at them. Bad shopping experience.
I don’t remember her name Tama or Toma, but she told me she is a makeup artist . She was so helpful with recommending products to update my foundation & skincare routine. She spent lots of time answering my questions and even pulled out her own notebook with research/ ingredients for everything we chose! I left feeling confident and after using them for a week all my issues are solved and I am enjoying healthy glowing skin again. Great service ☺️
Shoutout to the amazing customer service assistant at Body Shop! Her kindness and helpfulness stood out from the rest. Truly appreciated her exceptional service. Definitely a gem in customer service! Her name was Toma
