Rowan was excellent. I stopped in with my 9 year old granddaughter and she to charge. As an older man I was lost be Towan made this a fun experience for my granddaughter. Steered us to age correct items& made our day. Thank you

I just spoke to a lovely young lady who told me about a product I’m searching for. Instead of telling me they don’t have it and leave it at that, she was so kind and told me the brand her mom uses and where I can find it. We need more people like Rowen in the world. Sorry if I misspelled her name.
Purchased 2 items for 20% discount but it ended up "misreading“ even though I asked a cashier and she said "yes".Checked my receipt and asked the cashier. She went back to the back office to talk to a hidden manager who never came for front and the cashier said "only selected items“ which never said on the shelves but signs are everywhere for 3items for 25% and 2 items for 20%. The cashier kept apologizing but she said she can't accept for the refunds. We just gave up for only $4 discount.
