Nice products, but misleading signage on their store.
This store is great! The staff is always very helpful as well as informative on the products they sell. I always stop in when I am at the mall and never come out empty handed.
I was in there last summer with my daughter. The young ladies working in there were absolutely lovely. She directed my to the body butter that I was looking for, then informed me it was half price. So, I grabbed 2. Will pop in again, next time I'm in Kelowna.
employees have a bad attitude and follow you around the store creating an uncomfortable environment. was honestly so bad i had to leave after two minutes of being there
