I’ve got very sensitive and dry skin, so it can be hard to find the right products. The Aloe soothing night cream and the cleanser have saved my skin (and my life). The staff are very kind, they had a shipment delay a few months ago and kept me updated with progress which was very kind. I ended up making a trip to Vancouver and drove to Richmond center just to stock up on my Aloe creams, staff there were also great so it seems like a company wide general amazingness from staff :)
Best body care store at an orchard Park! Service is incredible every time. All clean products and the business promotes sustainable packaging, recycling, and reusable bottles. A little pricy but you get what you pay for!!! My main store for skin and body care! Upcoming birthday or event? The best stuff is here, and you will always get the help you need. I love The Body Shop
The service was excellent! Madison went above and beyond to help me find the right makeup shade. She explained the multipurpose crayons and even helped me with my makeup right there at the store! I would go again and again just for the kind customer service.
Sam was excellent! Love the customer service :) he has great product knowledge! Will come back
