I was profoundly shocked by my experience today. I picked the wrong foundation and concelear at the store. I lcame back very same day and some hours later, only to be told I cannot take the right colour. I was stunned. I tried to explain without success that I had just purchased the products a few hours prior and I had made a mistake. I received no sympathy and rather thsn argue, I simply left all four items at the store for them and walked away. I was sad because I ended up spending all that money for nothing.
