Sadly this location is permanently closed. Too bad. Nice store and nice staff.
This location is permanently closed. The shop is boarded up, but there are no signs indicating why. Guest services was able to tell us that it is permanently closed. It would be great if the Google listing was updated to reflect this change.

Excellent Customer Service
5 stars for the customer service in the store and the products. 1 star for the new ownership who seem to have stopped the shampoo and conditioner refill scheme. I started shopping at the body shop for the quality of the product and for its environmentally friendly practices, as it helped to reduce the amount of plastic I waste. I'll have to look elsewhere if they don't bring the refill scheme back.
