I had a great experience with choosing a gift for my brother. Her name was Christly and it was thanks to her that I got a gift that he enjoyed as a christmas present :))
Not sure how a flagship mall store cannot have single mango body butter in store pre Christmas. Forcing customers into buying $100 gift packs. I somewhat feel scammed when the butters are clearly advertised online. Think I will return my purchase tomorrow.
I visited the store today and was very disappointed. I think she was the manager and she did not know what customer service means. She was not at all helpful and we kept wandering for our product. Secondly during checkout while I was calculating my bill she abruptly asked me if I needed a calculator to do the mathematics. I have visited the store before and I liked then. She needs to be taught manners.
