Shardah and Julianna are the loveliest people who work there!! I went there looking for a birthday gift with some idea of what I wanted and Shardah was so helpful. She was so kind and took the time to really listen to my needs. This was 30 mins before the store closed and it's usually the time when everyone's tired yk? me included haha. Love how clean and beautiful the store looks. But customer service is disappointing. Had one lady working, who didnt bother say hello. Waited at the checkout for 5 minutes, she wasn't interested in serving us. Went to speak to her, she said will be a minute. After standing at checkout awkwardly fir 10 minutes she finally came to serve us. Definitely could do better with l customer service.

Shop was nicely set up like other Body Shop outlets. Staff was friendly. However, some products were not priced- labelled. It would be easier if products are all labelled with the prices so that people can make their decisions faster.
