I cannot thank Iki and Aleeza enough for their incredible customer service and support. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and neatly packed all my purchased products into gift bags - essentially taking a big burden off my shoulders. Iki and Aleeza are simply the best. They are exemplary of how customer service should be represented across brands. A big thank you!

I had such a great experience at The Body Shop! Aliza helped me so much in choosing the right products for a gift box. She was very patient and friendly, which made the whole process easy. On top of that, she wrapped the gift beautifully, it looked perfect! I’ll definitely be going back to this store.

I recently went to the body shop store in Guildford to explore some of the skin products. I was very skeptical for which ones to buy or which ones will suit me but I would like to extend a big thanks to Arshpreet in the store, she guided be according to my skin type and she has a deep understanding about products. The only thing that bothered me was the bill because it went too high with all her recommendations. Thank you ❤️
