Was in the Metrotown location earlier today and received excellent service from Alyssa. She knew her products inside out and was very friendly to deal with. Product selection was good and so happy to see that this company is still going. Keep up the good work!!
It was my first time shopping at The Body Shop. The girl who was helping me, I believe her name was Mukasan?, was very patient explaining to me all their products. It was a pleasant experience going to their store.
Yesterday around 8 PM, my three friends and I went into the store because I was looking for body butter and shower gel. An older lady there was extremely rude and mean. I was just sniffing the body butter, and she wouldn’t leave me alone—treating me like I was going to steal something just because we had backpacks and had come from college. Worst customer service ever I got it from here....I 'm a regular customer there ...I didn't see such a rude attitude to the customer...it's on April 7 7-8pm shift...even she showed the face off to me and my husband..I asked for the help..she turned her face walked away..highly unprofessional ..at least you can hear the customer what they want..these untrained customer service really disappointing
Loved the customers service . Taran really made our in store experience mind blowing. She was suggestive and very kind .
