Great gym. Come check it out.
I've made some wonderful friends from my journey at the Body Shop. My focus on improvement of myself and overcoming the obstacles mentally and physically have given me the discipline I've needed to feel healthy. This gym does not have thousands of ridiculous rules. Come as you are, just don't be "too sensitive". We're a blunt crowd in there.
Of course it doesn't have everything and the equipment isn't top of the line. But it's just what I needed while I was in town and joining was a breeze. Love it!
