I have been coming here for a while now, always, ALWAYS excellent customer service, I love that I can let my preteen/teenage daughters roam without dirty looks, the staff is quick to help them and communicate with them instead of to me. I have been a dedicated customer of TBS for just over 2 decades now. In that time I've shopped at other locations as well. The business itself is wonderful and the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. I always love walking in knowing that if I'm not sure exactly what to use for a specific concern they'll know the answer and explain it to me in a friendly and simplified manner.
