Amelia, is polite and very respectful. Listens more and give the right products needed.
The staff requires training, as the current service level could negatively impact the store’s business. During our visit, there were six people in the store, including us, yet four staff members were gathered at the cash counter engaged in conversation and did not acknowledge or greet any customers.
They do not answer the phone, and to leave a message for call back .....they do not call back !!!!
The person who appears to be a manager is very mean and thinks she is god.
Richmond Centre store refill station now removed at store area. You can check with staff to check which shampoo and body soap available for refill.
