Customer service is really good :) My gripe is I’ve noticed my lip butter which cost $15.50 is made in Thailand? If I wanted to pay this much for a lip butter I would of expected the products to be made in countries that pay fair wages to employees etc, Now I know the Body shop are trying to maximise profits by having some of their products made in countries that have no workers rights and workers aren’t paid a fair wage, working conditions etc. I guess it’s cheap labour and yet I thought the body shop brand was about fair w... read more
I walk in for the first time I had a gift card to use. I was after something in particular so needed the workers help she was on the phone so I just got what I thought would be ok then I got to the till & still waited for her to get off the phone. She rings me up and I give her the card & she says she can’t use the voucher becoz their systems are down for almost a week now really!!! Felt very unsatisfied with the customer service from the white pregnant lady at the till. Instead of giving us a solution for a system glitch due to the membership she gave an option of cancelling the membership. Quite a shame for the company to have team members who don't show their members respect.
