Shopped at the Cuba St shop yesterday. There was an advertisement at the front door saying on spending $99 there was a free body yoghurt. I spent $100 but in two transactions as I saw something that I had forgotten before I left and returned to the counter to buy it. I asked for the free body yoghurt as advertised . I was told this did not apply at I had used two translations to reach $100 I feel this is unfair and poor customer service on behalf of the Body Shop.
