I love the excellent service and the wide range of sensitive and dry skin and hair products. I'm very happy that The Body Shop is Canadian owed now. I was worried that they wouldn't find a Canadian buyer for the Canadian branch of the UK parent company. Great products and now Canadian owned, best possible outcome.
don’t remember the managers name, but, worst experience ever. she was so rude and didn’t even have the decency to welcome me, just ignored me. your better off going to any other body shop. other staff are great though.
I went to the store today , Worst guest service ever, they didn’t how to greet any guest , I entered to the store , no one came to greet, while checking no one even care about does they need any help or anything with the product, simply roaming , however they went to greet other guest and helped them , I felt like racism , they should learn equity for sure .
