I went into this location today with my partner and we had a fantastic experience with Tatiana. I was looking for a new face mask and products for acne-prone, sensitive skin and she was so helpful. I received personalized recommendations and she was so kind. I will certainly be a returning customer after today!
Worst experience ever. The person on counter, Tatiyana, told us she had my birthday code discount but when I got the final bill I checked she did not apply it but used my points instead. When I asked she refused to accept that she had my code and said I would have to purchase more if I wanted to use my birthday discount. She wasnt helpful at all. Wasn't rude but a little condescending. It was really worst experience for me at this body shop.
Absolutely awful customer service! I stopped in this afternoon (Jun 30/26) to ask a simple question about the Body Butters. More specifically whether any of them are similar to the original formula instead of the newer vegan versions. Instead of receiving help, I was met with a rude, dismissive, and incredibly condescending attitude from the fuller brunette working at the cash. Same as others this store manager “Sarah” made my entire experience today the worst I’ve ever had at Bodyshop. I’ve been a customer for over a decade but today I entered the empty store with my cousin, no hello and then once I began to ask about sensitive skincare options I was met with a very patronizing and condescending manager. I told her how I was in a few weeks ago and the girl was so helpful. She started asking me to describe her and said “she must have given you so many samples” to which I replied “no, just two”.
