Rebellious by nature. There are children in this mall.
I came into the store to exchange a gift my boyfriend bought me the day before. He didn’t realize it was a clearance item when he purchased it. He also wasn’t informed that he can’t return of exchange it even though this was a gift and I was not present with him when he bought it. The conversation we had with Michelle (the manager) was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. She had so much attitude for no reason since we walked in. I love the excellent service and the wide range of sensitive and dry skin and hair products. I'm very happy that The Body Shop is Canadian owed now. I was worried that they wouldn't find a Canadian buyer for the Canadian branch of the UK parent company. Great products and now Canadian owned, best possible outcome.
