Time: 3:30 ish I went to this store and there was only one person working, He was helping customers and okay that makes sense but why cant you hire more people to work? Only 1 person at a busy time? I had to wait long before he calls someone who then helped me, The guy was nice but there should be more people, one person is not enough, very disappointed.
I frequent this location and have been serviced by a few differently people. They are always attentive, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping me find what I need.
Bought a gift card for my Mother for Christmas last year and when she went into store, they told her she cannot use the card in store. None of this was explained upon purchasing the gift card and I will no longer be wasting my time shopping at the Body Shop. Save your time and go to Bath and Body Works! :)
Love the products and prices, but I can't recommend this location because of the terrible customer service. The lady who cashed me out seemed rushed and unbothered about sales. She didn’t want to assist with anything, she didn’t even know how to give cash back, literally just threw it in my hand and some on counter while she just looked on. She didn’t even ask if I wanted any bag left my receipt and products on the counter and walked away. They need to train their staff.
Exceptional service from the guy with beard working in this store, Have all the knowledge about skincare products, first time seeing a guy working and having this much knowledge, I was hesitant to buy a toner but he made it so easy for me and made me feel so comfortable, Good job!
