Staff were SUPER helpful and friendly. Saw I was carrying an awkward box from another store and offered to tie ribbon on it as a handle for me to make it easier to carry. Now that's great service! Helpful suggestions for what I was looking for, but very pleasant and friendly not high pressure. I don't want to mention the staff members name here publically but she was great.Great customer service from the new manager! So friendly and personable
Great service. thanks for helping me Janice!
I had one of the most amazing experiences at this location. It’s always clean, the staff is so knowledgeable and welcoming and Janice is always so so helpful. I always tell my friends to go to this location. In a world where everyone is so negative it’s nice to have friendly approachable employees that help. Keep it up!!
Love shopping at The Body Shop at erinmills. The store is always clean and the products displayed nicely. The entire staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. I happen to deal with Janice when I shop and she is wonderdul. She helps me choose the right products everytime.

I created a Google account just to review the store and Koudos to the manager. She is so caring and took the time to help me with something I struggled with for years. (My skin and self confidence) I will capture her name nex... read more
