Unfortunately, they have the worst kind of customer service, they change their product exchange rules without explanation, and this is a kind of modern theft. No phone number or anywhere from this brand is responsive. The management of the Park Royal branch is very unprofessional. Taking 43 dollars and no one is responsible

I visited recently and while the manager Ashley was really nice to me, she was super super degrading and mean to the new employee she was training. I honestly felt bad for the guy, he seemed really nice. She was being really demanding and getting mad at him for simple things. Me and another customer witnessed it.
Been a BODY SHOP shopper for over 25 years, I think. Returning after a while. Making use of Park Royal visit quite well.
