Went in today around 12, she was the nicest employee ever. Theyre always so welcoming, but today I just had to write a review.
Great return and exchange policy
I had a $ 10 reward that I wanted to use today. I called them at 6:30 pm to confirm that was in their system to receive it, and I was! I asked them how long they would be open till, and they said 9. I said I would be there to use my $10 reward. I called at 8:48 to say I was on my way while doing errands, but, their voicemail was full! I then arrived the store 3 minutes before closing time, 9 pm at 8:58 pm and NO ONE WAS THERE!! HIGHLY disappointed !! I had rushed to make it before closing and it was CLOSED.
