Horrible experience and I never even made it in the door. I scheduled an appointment through Progressive Insurance with this shop, which is supposed to be a preferred repair facility. I used the automated system to set up my drop-off appointment. On the day I was supposed to bring the car in, I received a call from the shop. The staff were extremely rude on the phone. The body shop done. An amazing job. Notified me everyday of what was going on and took good care of me. Would recommend them to anybody. P.s I got my ride back sooner than expected.
