We are a family owned business that have been serving the community since 1974. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs in a timely basis. We do give a lifetime warranty with our work for as long as the customer owns their vehicle. We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process, including email and text messages. We are a direct repair facility for most insurance companies but will work with any.

Estimate was done in a timely manner. Insurance approved and repairs started. The work looks great! My car was restored to “new” condition. It had substantial damage. Very pleased.
I've taken several vehicles over the years to The Body Shop and always been pleased. This time they exceeded expectations. Highly recommended as the top notch body shop in East Tennessee.
I just want to say that this body shop is awesome! I called them then dropped in to ask about fixing a little something on my granddaughter's car before she takes off to college next week and they were so nice and fixed it right then! I had a small issue with a loose molding on my car. It only needed new snap-in clips to repair and Anthony took the time to check if they might have the clips in house so it could be repaired that day. They did not have the parts, so he ordered them and in a few days the repair was finished. Since it wasn't a lot of time required to make the repair he told me to drop in any time and he would handle it. I came in for the repair and 20 minutes later it was completed.
