For some reason they didn’t call me to bring my truck in for several months after they said that they could repair it. I had also contracted them to repaint the hood and roof out of my own pocket since the clear coating was coming off. When they called and said the truck was ready. The bumper replacement was fixed but no repaint was done. I just took the truck and left. If they don’t want my business I can go other places. The work that was done was good just not complete as requested.
Very professional and quality workmanship
I had a terrible experience with this shop, they first told me the repairs could take about a week, after two weeks, i started calling and asking questions. They gave me excuse after excuse, they had my vehicle for almost 3 weeks. And then when i got the car back, the headlight they repaired was scratched up, and nicked in the top corner, and it’s also foggy it seems, it looks worse than the headlight that’s been on there for over a year. Estimate was done in a timely manner. Insurance approved and repairs started. The work looks great! My car was restored to “new” condition. It had substantial damage. Very pleased.
I've taken several vehicles over the years to The Body Shop and always been pleased. This time they exceeded expectations. Highly recommended as the top notch body shop in East Tennessee.
