Excellent customer service and workmanship. 2 different vehicles in their shops at the same time-1 in McKinney and 1 in Prosper. Both shops were awesome!

Horrible service, very unhelpful, very poor quality of work. Was in a minor car accident, and it took 2 months to repair my car. Got the car back, and it still had multiple issues. Brought it back, and after 1 month in the shop, and multiple calls demanding my car be fixed and returned, it was returned, I was charged $600, and NONE of the problems I brought it in for were fixed. Impossible to get them to update you, or call you back. I would NEVER go back, or recommend this place.
brought car back with completely dead battery. had to come jump the car for it to start. refused to even acknowledge that may lead to its failure 1 month later. refused to check alignment from collision, as "its not covered" by at fault insurance company. Dont trust them.
Excellent customer service, excellent workmanship, delivered on time as promised, very satisfied with their service.
