Japhia was an absolute angel to work with! This was my very first time getting waxed (Brazilian) and she was so friendly and made the process comfortable and quick. The pain was not bad at all, she counts down and asked me to take a deep breath before she pulled each strip. Looking forward to future sessions with her!
Oh my gosh I can't recommend this place enough. Carmen is such a dream of a person and does such incredible work. So much fun to chat with during appointments, incredibly flexible in scheduling, and if you're a member of the community you can get a discount on your treatment! It's so wonderful how welcoming of a space it is. If you're queer and you need body hair to just get the heck out of dodge, you absolutely MUST come here. 100/10.
