This gym is definitely in a class of its own, not only is the trainer knowledgeable, professional and experienced, she also creates a space that feels like home away from home. My mood instantly improves when I walk in the door and feel the energy. I did personal training for half a year, and the results speak for themselves. I can’t see myself leaving any time soon, unless I relocate. If you are ready for a gym family not just a place to go and workout, THIS IS IT !!!
