I high recommend The Body Mechanics. I've had a lot of physical therapy, and found Janelle better than the others. She truly cares and is very knowledgeable. Janelle is very knowledgeable, and she tailors workouts to your specific needs. She doesn't just give you an exercise and go off to help someone else. You have her individual attention and she stays with you to make to make sure you do each exercise correction with correct posture for the maximum benefit.
