I have had frozen shoulder for about 7 months. I was scheduled to have a procedure with a orthopedic doctor in a few weeks. But before I had the procedure I decided to try a massage. I had one session with Chelsea and left the building with NO pain and got about 85% of my range of motion back. I had one additional massage with her and again left with even more mobility. I was able to get back into the gym and even do the row machine. I highly recommend her!
