I went to see Joseph for general relief, my job has me on my feet 10+ hours a day. He immediately recognized where I needed help in posture and movement etc. It was a great session that relieved my tension, using different techniques. Joseph also provided me many resources for continued strengthening and stretching. Thank you!

Joseph is very knowledgeable and experienced. I got a 90 minute deep tissue massage to help with glute pain. He gave me a fully body massage, focusing on the affected areas and explaining methods to help prevent injury. After the massage, he sent a bunch of videos explaining everything we discussed in the massage. I recommend and will definitely go back.
