I was really impressed with Mark’s knowledge and with the professional service I received. He was very thorough and found my sore spots instantly. The post visit information and link to my exercise plan is definitely keeping me accountable and was provided on the same day.
My neck movement was stuck and would not move. I was lucky there had been a cancellation and Mark fit me in. He soon got it released and gave me exercises to help fully release it over the next few days. Now all is good and I thank Mark for his help.
Nicole at Body Mechanics was very professional and thorough. I have been to a couple Bike Fitters prior to Nicole and I felt that they didn't resolve my issues 100%. Nicole's assessment and resolution to my problem was spot on no more niggly pain and my power output has increased. I would recommend Nicole to anyone who wants to ride a bike pain free!!
Peter was great. Saw him for a hip injury and feel very well looked after. Early days, he gave me a targeted workout plan that I can build on as I increase my strength. Confident we’ll get to the root of the problem. Peter creates confidence.
I've seen Mark a handful of times now for various niggles associated with ultra running. He is professional, knowledgeable and always gets to the base of issue at the time. Thanks to Mark I have been able to overcome my injurys with little time away from running and a greater understanding of how to look after myself and prevent injury in the future. Highly recommended!
