Mike is amazing! This is not your typical Pilates class. It’s tough, fun, and gets you in great shape. Highly recommend!
It is a sad day when you are kicked out of class (10 min into class) because you are following your PT’s explicit instructions after spinal surgery to maintain a neutral spine and not “imprint”. This is especially frustrating since I had a conversation with the instructor prior to class to discuss this and nothing was mentioned at that time.
