Lila is friendly and a good waxer but the receptionist stinks. Today I called to cancel an upcoming appointment and request a refund. The receptionist was rude. I just got home from getting a MiniGlo2 facial by Lila… she was full of energy and did an amazing job.. my skin feels amazing, I cannot wait the next couple of days to see the results … definitely booking with her again
