I visited the well reviewed Body Hub this morning and I wasn't disappointed. My therapist Tameesha discussed each of the treatments I was having (infra red sauna, red light therapy, skin needling) and discussed the pre and post care. The centre was warm, clean and inviting. Very happy with the services I received and am looking forward to seeing the results. Thanks Body Hub!

These girls are absolutely amazing. They’re right up to date with all their training and the products they use are top notch. I can’t recommend them highly enough. The hub is an absolutely gorgeous place and amazing for a “mummy timeout” (although they’ll happily cater for the kiddos too). The treatments that I’ve tried lots of their treatments and I’m yet to find one that doesn’t work. They’re amazing.
