Tony and Joey are trained professionals that really care about your progress and have extensive knowledge on body movements and give you the confidence that you need to fulfill your goals. They are both down to earth and just in general just great guys. Tony the owner has written many books on exercise. I would recommend this location to anyone trying to lose weight, build strength or just trying to get more movement in your steps. this place is the way to go. My wife loves Tony's workouts and the friendly , motivational atmosphere of this gym. I have seen her overcome fears and reach new milestones in the short few months she has been working out with Tony and the ladies of destruction. Shout out to Miliford and Deenice for convincing her to join.
