I had the Ritual Experience with Liyah at The Body Healing Studio in Lakewood, CO, and it was incredible. The session included soothing breathwork and gentle bodywork that helped me release tension and reconnect with my body. Liyah made me feel completely supported and safe. She tailored each aspect to my body’s needs and as a result I left feeling lighter, centered, and more renewed. Thank you Liyah! I’ll definitely be back.

I’ve gone to get a massage from Liyah several times now and have been impressed with her knowledge of the body and how she has helped me heal. I consider these massages necessary for my health and mobility. In the past I’ve had massage as a treat but now I’m going monthly because it’s good for what ails me. I highly recommend Liyah!
