Growing up I didn’t have anyone in my family to teach me about fitness. It was something very foreign to my family. It wasn’t until I had my second child that I realized that this weight was not coming off as easily as the first child. At that point in my life I started to do home workouts and focus on clean eating. I knew that it was something that I would not be able to sustain because I was not disciplined enough. The Body Games Center is the family I didn’t know was missing! I have enjoyed the push they give me to be the best version of myself health wise and for my family. I hope that everyone experiences a gym like this!
