Sooo grateful to have found a new gym home with Body games. This gym is truly a gem. I love the thoughtfulness that goes into every exercise sequence. Every week I get a full body workout. The yoga classes are a perfect addition as well. DJ and the team have cultivated such a positive, inclusive, and supportive exercise environment where everyone is welcomed. Thank you Body Games for getting me back on track!
Growing up I didn’t have anyone in my family to teach me about fitness. It was something very foreign to my family. It wasn’t until I had my second child that I realized that this weight was not coming off as easily as the first child. At that point in my life I started to do home workouts and focus on clean eating. I knew that it was something that I would not be able to sustain because I was not disciplined enough. Love the vibe and the people! Truly is a place to match anyone at any point of their fitness journey. Take group classes or use for open gym access… very flexible. Amazing owners & community
The Body Games Center is the family I didn’t know was missing! I have enjoyed the push they give me to be the best version of myself health wise and for my family. I hope that everyone experiences a gym like this!
