Great gym in a small town
The machines and equipments are very old but they work. The matts and all the paddings on machine are worn down and cracked. Matts are so thin, they are almost non-existing. The pull-up bar is so high, I can barely reach it with the wooden 3 step, and there is only one narrow grip. They probably didn't make it for women because of its height. There is no glute drive machine. I tried doing it with barbell, but they didn't have padding for barbell and without it, its uncomfortable. The gym stinks overall. Every room has a diff... read more
