I just joined this gym a few days ago and already love it. I prefer to work out on off hours because I’m very new to gym going and am learning as I go with research and instructional videos. Pretty self conscious about it lol I was able to join The Body Factory online and after watching a very helpful video posted by Debbie, fetched my key card out of a lock box by the front door and walked right in the 24 hour entrance. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years. TBF has every piece of exercise and weight training equipment you’ll ever need, has 24 hour access and provides a clean and respectful atmosphere. Stop in a join the family. See you there! 💪😎

I came on a Saturday after hours and I was able to scan the QR code and sign up for my membership all in 5 minutes and receive my key card from a box outside super covenant !!
