Dane and the team at TBF are fantastic! Such a welcoming vibe from instructors and members. Nothing is ever a problem, and the classes are excellent! I especially like the pilates classes!
The Body Factory Gym in Caringbah has changed my life for the better. The group fitness and reformer Pilates classes are second to none. The owner Dane is one of the kindest and honest blokes you’ll meet and his programming is one of the best I’ve personally experienced. Coaches, Aleisha, Mia & Bree are also the best at what they do. If you want a community driven gym without the clicks this is the place to be
TBF is the best gym the shire has to offer. All the staff are super friendly and inclusive. There is a variety in classes and exercises change all the time- keeping the fun in working out. Dane is also very flexible and understanding.
Best gym in the Shire! Bodyfactory is the best gym, I have been going for 2 years now. They offer both weights classes and reformer pilates so you can do all your workouts in one place. They also do gym challenges so you can build muscle/fitness and improve your nutrition knowledge over 6 weeks. Instructors are so nice and friendly as well
Loving TBF. The team there and the community are so welcoming and make you feel comfortable to train with. Large range of affordable membership options and training styles to choose between. It’s a good vibe!
