I really didn’t want to write this review, bcs I actually never did that bfr, since I preferred to address it directly with Nancy, but the complete lack of concern for clients is just absurd. And to top it off, after I pointed out that the job wasn’t well done, she unfollowed me …how professional! Very sorry to write this review, but when a business don’t take responsibility of mistake that they caused I have to warn others. I got a gift for my birthday from my husband (lip filler) and was so excited to do it ! I saw this place on the instagram ads and it made me look into it . I booked the appointment with nurse Nancy and she recommended me to dissolve the upper part of the upper lip (because some of my filler went there and she said that in this way after the dissolving my upper lip will look even fuller) On this da... read more
I've done a lot of research and injectors around lower mainland and I'm happy that I ended up in this medspa. Both seen Nancy for my masseters botox and Adeline for my lip and chin fillers... Both are amazing and made me comfortable as a first timer!! Super happy that Adeline kept my lips looking natural as I asked for a bit of plump, but not too excessive.. tbh, I would be comfortable seeing both of them for any procedures...I like how they are very honest on their take about fillers and botox too. The girls are professional kind and courteous. I've been coming here for awhile now for various services and the results have been amazing. This also is a very clean spa.
