I found The Body Contour Spa through Instagram, and based on their content, I expected a professional and welcoming experience. Instead, I left feeling like I got scammed. The treatment room was cluttered with equipment and looked badly maintained. The space felt disorganized, and the floor looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. Amazing service and really friendly
Nurse Nancy went into my private patient profile and found my home address. She is now living on the 28th floor of my condo like a stalker. My condo is brand new, privately listed. You can’t find this listing unless you know the exact address. It Can not be found on fb marketplace. I’ve been living there since it was built, in 2023. She moved in while I was still going to body contour which was about December 2024. The condos are set up with 4 towers. I live in tower one. Nancy was more than 30 minutes late for my scheduled appointment and didn’t apologize or seem concerned about the delay. Even when I politely asked the staff when she might be ready, there was no acknowledgment of the lateness. I already drove more than a hour to get there! Very disappointed.
