Body Buddha has quite honestly changed my life. I came to MB a couple years ago with lots of pain and mobility problems from years of sports, injuries and a very physical job. Another session with the Body Buddha and I felt like I could lift my baby with one finger! My knees were slowing me down, I just felt crackled is the best way I could describe it. If you aren’t seeing the Body Buddha, YOU’RE DOING IT WRONG!! The absolute best healing and treatment practice I’ve ever experienced. The results are always noticeable after each and every session and beyond. I have never felt better in training after incorporating sessions with MB. I recommend her practice to everyone in the area!!
