As I was long for my overdue acupuncture treatment, I walked into the Body Bar in Lafayette and was immediately greeted by the most relaxing, chill meditative music as I waited for my session with Catherine. She instantly reminded me that so much of our emotional well being is deeply connected to our physical. Had prenatal massage, was able to schedule on Sunday which is very convenient. Thank you, everything went well!
Every massage is always very helpful. I really like how professionally they run their business without being pushy.
If you are looking for a relaxing hour or two of pampering yourself, this is the spot! I am from out of town, did a lot of hiking and volleyball in the area, my body was so sore. Luckily they had an opening and got me in. I did a massage with Jennifer and a body scrub/wrap with Kayla and felt sooooo amazing afterwards. If I am ever back in the area I will definitely come back! Thank you for a great experience!
