Horrible service! Received belly piercing 08/09. The piercer clearly did not know what she was doing as shortly after I experienced a lot of swelling and found out that the piercer incorrectly pierced me by grabbing too much skin. I asked for a partial refund and they said no. Offered to ****** again after healing which did not make sense. Bad customer service.
