I began going to The Body Architect several years ago at a time in my life when I needed to do something for myself. I was a busy 50+ small business owner and Mom who thought I could not be in the same shape as when I was young. Little by little incorporating Qigong into my workouts, I grew stronger and felt an overall sense of well being and confidence which has positively impacted everything I do. Having been a member for over five years, I have come to love the team..,trainers and staff, and look forward to getting a great workout daily, The trainers are very attentive to each person in the group, making corrections to form, modifying for various injuries, etc . It is the best way to start my day in the company of experienced trainers and fellow members,
The Body Architect isn’t your typical gym experience. The trainers really know their stuff. The semi-private sessions are highly effective as are the classes. The staff is friendly and the facility is modern and beautiful. I look forward to going in and would recommend it to anyone!
