I wish I could give it a lower score. Terrible customer service. Local Newporter. Always heard bad things. Wanted to give it a chance. Yikes. Stay away
Had a great experience, a women handing out towels inside where the pool’s were. I can’t remember her name unfortunately but I do remember her saying she has a French Bull dog but, big shout out to her she made my experience less tense with her kindness. Would recommend!
Had an amazing deep tissue massage with Allison. Clean, peaceful and calming ambiance and staff was welcoming and friendly. I didn't use any of their other amenities, but I've heard good things and will definitely be booking again!
Always an amazing experience. Their hydrotherapy spa is super relaxing.
Water journey was dreamy. Front desk gal could’ve prioritized guests a bit more.
