Have done two Water Journeys here and would recommend it! I always leave feeling super relaxed and sleep so well afterwards. The staff are welcoming, attentive, and help create a peaceful atmosphere. I love the details like how they bring cool towels throughout the time, and being able to move through indoor and outdoor spaces. Hope to be back!
This place used to be incredible, everything always on point. I hadn’t been in two years and when my girl and I went recently, the cold plunge unfortunately wasn’t working properly and wasn’t cold like it normally should be for contrast therapy. After we brought it to their attention, the team handled it professionally and gave us two free Water Journeys to make it right, which we really appreciated. Way overpriced for the quality of the treatments. Front desk is not welcoming. Last time I went I left with a headache due to not having a cervical pillow to rest my head on; instead my head was uncomfortable against the hard table with no neck support.
Came with two friends. This would’ve been a 5 star experience had it not been for the teeny tiny locker room without enough space for all the arriving/changing/departing/showering guests. Just far too small. Worse was the extremely rude “hall monitor” customer who repeatedly scolded the several groups of women who were talking quietly with each other.
