Water journey was dreamy. Front desk gal could’ve prioritized guests a bit more.
Me and my fiancé went for our anniversary (every year) and our favorite is the cold plunge. In this visit, we went to use the cold plunge and saw it was dirty- there was a used piece of toilet paper floating it in and black bits floating around. We went out to the desk to complain about that, and the guy hacking and spitting in the eucalyptus steam room. The staff knew the guy we were talking about by name and just said “he’s a regular”. My daughter and I went tonight. Her first time and we loved it. Very friendly and helpful staff Violet, Gabrielle and Kaylin kudos for making our visit very comfortable and keeping it so clean. Such a relaxing experience would recommend.
I really loved this place, and I love the experience of the healing waters. However, when I walked in the door initially, no one was really there but within about 15 minutes it was very crowded in the waiting area,almost uncomfortable. It was a great experience! I went to the location of Newport, I've heard the location in Providence is also excellent!
