highly disappointing. bad service and bad employees. nobody should ever be waiting sooo long for them to complete somebodies order. mind you there was only one other customer..
WORKERS TOOK FOREVER!!! We came in and the worker told us to wait. We waited, stood, and sat forever then left to a different establishment. The employees should be ashamed of themselves. There’s absolutely no way we had to wait that LONG for them to finish somebody elses order..
i will admit, they did have a wide variety of drinks on their menu. but, they did take forever to serve us. me and my friends/family visited this place after a long drive on the road from streaming. we wanted something sweet so we came here. little did we know we would walk out with nothing! we had to leave afterwards because we had somewhere to be and could not just be sitting there forever.
We were just here like 5 minutes ago. We waited for like 30 minutes just sitting there waiting to order. The employees took forever to serve us and take our order so we ended up just leaving.
The worker specifically the Black one, (I’m black too) working at the register told us to wait. We waited forever. There were 2 employees and they took forever working on somebody else’s order. We ended up leaving and going to a different Boba place. I’m disappointed!
