Lovely staff who took care of us. Food quite average. Bathrooms a mess.
Visited the Boathouse restaurant for my birthday with family. The location and interior is lovely. Food is also great! We loved the lamb shoulder which was worth the wait. The service could have been slightly improved as the waitstaff were a little flat and softly spoken. More elevated attire also would have better matched the beautiful setting. Thank you for a nice dining experience!
Ordered some coffee’s before we were leaving on our boat and we waited patiently for 20 minutes. When we asked for the update on the coffees we started to get attitude from the barista. Things escalated when he became verbally abusive. We had overseas guests with us and it was a very embarrassing encounter. It’s hard to believe that someone like that would be employed in hospitality.
