Great food, great service. Will was one of the best servers I have had at the BoatHouse. I gave 4 stars because for the 2nd time in a row the reception desk “ladies” greet nobody but sit there and talk amongst themselves about everything else. Their skirts, lastnight, anything but greeting a customer, thank goodness for the guy works up front over would probably still be sitting there waiting to be greeted. But so it’s clear, food was amazing and the service Will gave us was just as great.
Had an excellent experience at The Boathouse! The crab cake and fries were flavorful and definitely worth ordering again. The food was great, but the service made the experience even better. Our waitress, Bridget, went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful dining experience. Her attentiveness and outstanding customer service really stood out. I would definitely return and highly recommend The Boathouse!
A family birthday was celebrated at luncheon on the outdoor terrace of this fine place. Guests from Boston made it even more special. Really went wild with our menu: Raw and Oysters Rockefeller, jalapeno & corn hush puppies,The Boathouse wedge salad, clam chowder, cheeseburgers, truffle fries, fish &chips,a classic Zookie for dessert and a lovely Kir Royale.Loved it all, especially the view of the rivers with canoes, kayaks, jet skis and the very friendly, attentive service staff.
I wanna express how amazing my experience was completely due to Sara B. & April H. They in whole made the experience amazing. I have allergies and honestly am just picky and they were the most accommodating and kindest people ever. I love them and will be back just for the service they both gave!!
