We checked-in to our luxury haul out at Chateau Boatworks yestereday and were thrilled by the wonderful welcome back from the team on the Travelift! What a fantastic culture and environment this company has created with the hard working shore team. The availability of skilled trades is awesome - they are professional yet warm and welcoming. Another successful haulout of our 42ft Lagoon catamaran Lady Erin at Boatwrks. Can't praise the staff and service enough. Whether its Nicki's complementary coffees just when you're flagging in energy, or Steve wrapping paper around the lift straps to protect the gel polishing youve sweated over, without being asked to. Haulout isnt fun, to me anyway, but the process and service here made it enjoyable. 5 stars.
Not the customer service you would expect when being charged premium price. The boat works is money hungry, charges for services they didn’t provide and the ladies at the office are extremely rude. I done 4 haul outs at the boat works and will think twice about coming back.
