Day one of lang planned vacation I have boat issues, it’s Sunday afternoon in northern Minnesota, all I can envision is a week of no boat and a big bill to fix. I google and find Jason’s number, even being mid summer and he’s booked solid he got me up and running before noon Monday and at and incredibly fair cost. This man knows his marine and for any repairs or maintenance you’ll find none better.
We had issues with our boat, that is on a lift at our cabin. I was not looking forward to get a disabled boat back on a trailer, and try to find a shop that had time to look at it. I called Jason, Boat Whisperer, and he said he would come to me the next day, which happened to be a SUNDAY!! He came, and got it running. I also had more work that needed to be done on my gas tank, and he said he would come back, and get it done before we got back up to the cabin. He got that done within a couple days. Jason (The Boat Whisperer) was great to work with. He explained all the details of the repair and made some great recommendations on how often to have the maintenance on various parts of the boat motor. Very grateful
Unprofessional
Jason was 5+ hours late to our first appointment to do some routine maintenance. On the first trip over he did zero work despite knowing for months what boat and what parts we needed to have replaced.
