Ashley has been a pleasure to work with and has been very responsive. My first purchase in 2021 was issue free so when moving into something bigger I didn't hesitate to look at The Boat Warehouse first. Again, Ashley came through and I have purchased 2 boats without issue.
Poor business practices, they stop selling anything while the entire staff is at a boat show. Will go elsewhere
Wee bought our boat from The Boat Warehouse in 2016 ( not sure where the last 9 years have gone!) We have limited boating experience and the staff listened were knowledgeable and made the process easy. The reason for the review though is the high level of ongoing service since then. They both store and service the boat over the winter and make our life very easy as was the case again this week. Called to find a part and they went out of their way to help me find my serial number and part number even though they didn’t get the sale! Wow so nice! Would definitely use them if I could.
Very disappointed. when I went into purchase my boat I let Ashley know that my friend Wayne had recommended her. I told her I wanted the same set up as Wayne. She looked to see what trolling motor he had purchased and I upgraded. I asked about the Lowrance fish finder and she assured me that was what he had. Wayne has the Hummingbird not Lowrance. There is also a cable missing to pair the Lowrance with the trolling motor. Not impressed.
