RecommendedAfter 35 years in boating I have dealt with various marine service companies! I must say that Eric and John and their summer crew set the standard that all marine service companies should try to meet. Not only being polite, friendly and customer focused, they are honest and dedicated to delivering the best to their customers! You can count on them to do the work promised, on time and at a reasonable cost! They are the standard of exceptional service!

RecommendedThe Boathouse Lauderdale Lakes has provided winter storage of our pontoon for about 5 years. The price for storage is on the high end of going prices in the area, but I am on Lauderdale Lakes so it is convenient. The service to winterize and get ready for the season is over priced, but again I am on Lauderdale Lakes. I asked them to give me an estimate to repair the leak down of my motor trim/tilt. RecommendedI can’t say enough about how great my experience was due to Chris and the service team at the Boat House of Port Charlotte. Chris took mercy on me as I had guys flying in from 1200 miles away to fish when my 2 year old outboard went down. He was able to get me in 20 minutes after our phone call and turned the boat around, good as new, in just 2 days...I picked it up just before closing time on Friday which saved the trip for my friends. Our sales person, Ana, was super friendly and made sure to check in with us throughout the purchase process as well as after! Extremely happy with everything.

We emailed them about a part last night after 5 pm, the part was being overnighted to us by 8 am this morning. I can’t say enough good things about Eric and Jill!
