I've been indoor storing/dry racking my boats at the Boathouse since they've taken ownership. They have always treated me more than fair. Service Department does quality work, completed when promised. The retail store is neat, reasonably priced, and fully stocked with a multitude of alcoholic beverages, as well as snacks. The dock hands are prompt, getting my boat splashed as promised, as well as being quick to help you tie up. Colt in sales and Tanner in service are the dream team! They both go above and beyond.
Do not deal with this company. They use, what appears to me to be, illegal practices when selling you a boat. I'm filing a complaint with the state's attorney to investigate them and possibly bring criminal charges against them for defrauding the state by not paying the taxes that were collected from me due to the state. I respectfully asked the owner to be refunded the taxes that were not paid to the state and renegotiate the contract with pocket change, but now he may have to hand over his whole wallet in fines and penalti... read more
