Don and his team were incredibly helpful getting my boat in and taken care of. The Boathouse is a fantastic full-service marina with knowledgeable staff and excellent customer service. In my opinion, it’s the best marina on the chain. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, and I felt confident my boat was in good hands. I’ll definitely be returning for future service and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable marina.
Thanks to Tyler and the whole crew at the Boathouse—you didn’t have to, but you jumped in on Memorial Day when I rolled up empty right as you were closing. Your quick help and great attitude turned a pickle of a moment into a win. Seriously appreciate you going the extra mile by letting me get gas at closing. Y’all are the best!
Bought a boat. Great experience overall. Worked it out at the boat show. Felt i got a very fair deal. Everyone worked hard to make things go as smooth and easy as possible. Just did closing and delivery and Jeremy and Colt made it easy.
Lets just say i brought my boat in to be repaired, was told it would be to much to put in the boat and so they said they had a boat for me to buy to get me on the water.. I told them I needed something that was reliable and that i can tow around the united states. Colt said he had a perfect boat So he sent me a 96 Four Winns and said it was a SOLID SOLID BOAT.
