Spent over $30k on a brand new 2023 Bennington pontoon from the boat house. It arrived with a ripped cushion. The salesman said he would get it taken care of. It is now almost September and we haven’t heard from him. I have contacted them multiple times. I would’ve gone elsewhere for a boat purchase if I knew the customer care would end at the sale.
